Ghost in the Shell: The New Movie (2015) | Movie Review

As per Ghost in the Shell tradition, it has been 11 years since audiences saw the beloved GitS characters on the big screen. The series had experienced much success on the small screen with a few television series. One of those series, the most recent in fact, Ghost in the Shell Arise decided to release a theatrical tie-in to cap off a storyline started in the 5th part of the Arise series. With that in mind, does this work as a standalone theatrical release, especially for those who haven't seen any of Arise? Join Corbin and Allen as they jack into their ghost to determine whether this is a worthy installment in the beloved Ghost in the Shell franchise.
