100. In Architecting the Perfect Hybrid Work Environment, Craig James, founder of DWELLOptimal, joins host William Glass to discuss how to best blend work and life in physical spaces. Craig shares how his experience working on Wall Street and in Hong Kong taught him the importance of beautiful, functional living spaces. Traveling all of the time and working out of hotels or corporate apartments didn't create the environment he needed to work effectively while on the road. Leaving Wall Street behind him, Craig set out to build a company that solves this challenge of functional and beautiful living spaces for companies and workers. The need for DWELLOptimal's solution has only grown in importance with the transition to hybrid work following COVID.
