“Anger is an acid that does more damage to the vessel in which it is stored than to the person on whom it is poured” - Mark Twain

This quote has lived in my memory for a long time and has helped me grow and heal from the damage caused by anger, resentment, and vengeful feelings I’d carried for most of my life.

And what I’ve found is that if anger is an acid that damages me, then compassion is the salve that heals me.

In today’s video, I share a few super simple compassion practices that will bring you health and well being.

These are informal practices that will help you to cultivate compassion as your nature.

I invite you to try these out and also to see if you can come up with some similar practices.

The truth is that there are nearly endless opportunities to practice compassion every day.

I wish you well and I hope you find abundant happiness today and throughout this Holiday Season.
