The metaphor ‘Train of Thought’ could possibly be the most accurate metaphor ever created.

The human brain processes around 60,000 thoughts per day, so just think of how small these have to be and how quickly they must move through in order to keep up that rate!

Yet, many times, we make our thoughts so big and scary, and then our thoughts influence our emotions.

Then our emotions motivate our actions, which have real-world consequences and can often make a challenging experience more challenging.

The key to breaking this cycle is to stop judging our thoughts.

And a great way to do that is to employ curiosity.

What do you think? (See what I did there?)
