My guest is a Master Life and Relationship Coach. She's also an other, including the books, “Life Worth Living” and “New Management Blueprint.”

Michelle has infectious energy and she shares incredible stories of the special relationship between she and her mom. Michelle says, "everyone has been able to benefit from the gift of  love that my mom shares. She has a glow that she emanates, this welcoming warm embrace. You will feel valued and valuable when you  are in my mom's presence."

And if that doesn't tell you enough, Anna developed an IT system at the bank where she worked and her boss had her get up in front of a large group of employees and explain how the entire system was created and how it worked. She got a standing ovation. Pretty remarkable to say the least!

Michelle shares her path through the loss of her husband. And it was her mother who had laid the path for her to better understand grief and how and when to be able to move with it and through it and come out on the other side. "My mom was able to pull her life together, reinvent herself all on her own, after loosing my father," Michelle shares.

Relationship advice?  Michelle recommends that "men and women have to love themselves. They'll attract the right person into their life but it's also really important to have your own identity. Grow as individuals as well as in the partnership."

There's lots more to this story so I hope you enjoy the listen.

"Should Have Listened To My Mother" is an ongoing conversation about mothers and the roles they play in our lives. And my guests answer the question, 'are you who you are today because of, or in spite of, your mother'? You'll be amazed at what the responses are.

"Should Have Listened To My Mother" would not be possible without the generosity, sincerity and insight from my guests. In getting ready to launch my podcast, so many were willing to give their time and share their personal relationships with their mother.

Some of my guests include Baritone Singer Christopheren Nomura, Pulitzer Prize Winning Journalist Tim Wacker, Activist Kim Miller, Freighter Sea Captain Terry Viscount, Film Production Manager Peg Robinson, Professor of Writing Montclair State University Dr. Bridget Brown, Tammy Steckler, attorney and family advocate @CUNY Law; NYC First Responder/NYC Firefighter Mark Heingartner, Child and Adult Special Needs Activist, Maryellen Valyo Cole and Roger Evens, Property Manager in New Jersey and so many more talented and insightful women and men.

I've worked in the broadcasting industry for over four decades. I've interviewed so many fascinating people including musicians, celebrities, authors, activists, entrepreneurs, politicians and more.

A big thank you goes to Ricky Soto, NYC based Graphic Designer, who created my logo for "Should Have Listened To My Mother".
