Sexual Abuse is a shadow aspect of our society that is hidden and shrouded in shame.
And it impacts us all, regardless of whether or not we have experienced it first hand.
Until we take it seriously and bring it out into the open, offenders, and the outdated systems that support them, will continue to gain and misuse their power while those experiencing it will live without the support they need to process it, move past it, and carry on healthy, happy lives.
In this episode, Rochelle Morrison shares her personal and professional experience of sexual abuse and in doing so shines love and light on how we can take away the secrecy and isolation that is so damaging about sexual abuse (and in fact, other forms of abuse).
