WinHers United the podcast is a women empowerment platform that is based on four pillars: business, mindset, personal development, and self-care. At WinHers United we believe these four pillars are necessary to be a successful entrepreneur. During each season, bi-weekly an ah-mazing Woman of Color entrepreneur is interviewed, and tells us more about her business, mindset, personal development, and self-care journey.

Season 11, Episode 3 features Isi Aladejobi - Transformational Career & Business Growth Strategist, and Founder of Isimemen. During this episode entitled “Live Your Dreams”, Isi encourages us to do some self-discovery to determine if we are indeed living the life of our dreams. Isi’s passion for shifting the “settle” narrative in the personal and professional lives of Women of Color definitely shined through. By being clear about what we want, and taking strategic steps to achieve our goals, our dream life is attainable.

Listen in as Isi talks about:

Going from feeling lost in her career to starting her company to help Women of Color in their career journey. Purpose aligned positioning in entrepreneurship - start with your gifts, passion, and skills. The importance of stillness in finding purpose and uncovering skills. Making connections with a mindset of learning and sharing, rather than being transactional. The importance of being memorable by asking strong questions, being a great listener, and creating opportunities for others. The mindset of a six-figure and multiple six-figure earner. The importance of self-belief and overcoming limiting beliefs to reach financial success. Ensuring you are ready for entrepreneurship before taking the big leap. Reading the book "Psycho Cybernetics" and how it helps in developing a strong mindset.  The concept of "fake it till you make it". Finding balance by building a team. And more
