Often times, people think that it is selfish to take time for themselves, but if you don't, you end up becoming burnt out, drained, tired and unable to be the best version of YOU. In order for us to produce the best possible work or just show up as the best person we can be, we need to take a few minutes each day to ourselves. This sets us up for success and helps us to make better decisions amongst many other benefits.
