In this episode I talk to Jade Walker who first caught my eye when I read about her raising funds for her friend and her cancer battle through doing marathons.  She is a single mum also and it blew me away.  Single mum life is challenging in itself, and then adding on training and running not just one marathon but more and more - out of the goodness of her own heart to help a friend and her family just gave me an intense desire to reach out to her.

The resilience and persistence alone needed for training for these marathons  is intense, let alone actually doing them and all whilst you got little ones to care for as their main provider.  Did I mention she is also a business owner too!!  Her outlook is fantastic, she is down to Earth and it was a real pleasure to chat with her.

She has some really great advice, hint and tips on co-parenting effectively, how she started her business as a single mum and how she was moved through the initial single mum struggle phase as a new single mum into a more mature and experienced one.

I hope you enjoy listening to her, hearing her story and get some really wonderful advice from her experience through her journey so far.
