Previous Episode: Balance & Baggage 147

We start this week's show with some humor that focuses on an important sense.

At a time when everything is costing more Loud Proud American is charging less! Keith sacrifices margin to make his brand more affordable and takes us inside his thought process. While expanding the brand and its offerings Keith attempts to add some additional equipment he encounters the worst buying experience of all time. After a PayPal credit approval a week of massive frustration begins, 7 days 27 messages, 22 calls, and 197 minutes of pain-staking phone time with PayPal. At the end of the struggle to spend money all his efforts result in making the purchase without the help of Paypal. The entire experience outlines the worst customer service Keith has ever received and leaves him questioning if customer service in America is in fact dead. Looking at poor customer service and its impact on retail locations going out of business brings to light a trickle-down aggravation. All the negative service does reveal a positive opportunity to make a difference!
