Feeling sensitive, upset, pissed, angry, annoyed, and depressed are all conclusions that you made based on conversations with yourself. Those internal conversations result in a conclusion and that conclusion plays a pivotal role in your confidence. The things you tell yourself can hold you back, bring you down, keep you down or they can lift you and keep you up.
