After talking with Adam Warner a few months back I’ve had a number of people reach out to say that they enjoyed the interview and Adam’s perspective on moving from Foo Plugins to Sitelock.

Today we’re continuing in the same vein as I talk to Matt Medeiros. Matt is a founder of Slocum Studios along with his father. Right in the middle of running a fairly successful web agency, Matt took a job as a Sales Executive at Page.ly

Today we talk about:

What was it like to navigate the transition from being a partner to a job?
How has it impacted his family, and his parents?
What are the benefits of a job?
Why you don’t always have to stick in the lane that others may see you in.

I very much enjoyed this talk with Matt. If you know of others that you’d like to see interviewed, please let me know and make an introduction.
