She’s the host of an award-winning podcast, and author of an international best-selling book.  She’s also the founder of a membership program that discusses nutrition, fasting, exercise, hormones, and the female psyche.   

 

Stephanie is currently building out a certification program for doctors and healthcare providers outlining cell metabolism, exercise physiology, brain aging, and best clinical practices for female patients.
