Today Settle the Score brings you a very special episode! We recently read a new graphic memoir by Kelcey Ervick called The Keeper and fell in love with it! It explores everything we love to talk about on the show- the intersection of soccer and feminism and how soccer is so much more than just a sport for us (and also, very much a sport). We had a chance to talk to Kelcey, and we think you'll really enjoy our conversation. As a former college goalkeeper, Kelcey got to play against Brianna Scurry, was on a team with Abby Wambach's sister, and also happens to be a beautiful writer and artist.
You can pre-order The Keeper here. You can also find Kelcey at her website, on Instagram, and on Twitter.
And, as usual, you can email us your thoughts at [email protected], or connect with us on Twitter and Instagram!
