Herb Thompson is a retired Special Forces (Green Beret) leader and the only person in the US Army history to have earned the Green Beret and Drill Sergeant of the Year award. He has worked as a Program Manager for the Veteran Programs at ServiceNow since November 2021 and is the author of the best-selling and award-winning book, The Transition Mission.

Javier Chen is a US Navy Veteran who has worked with ServiceNow since August of 2018 and is currently the Senior Technical Recruiter and Staffing Representative.
