There is a common entrepreneur problem I see a lot with my clients.

It’s stressful. It’s doing too much of the non-high value work in your business. It’s having a never ending to do list. It’s not being motivated. It’s not having room to think. Not having time to exercise. Or to sleep. Or to spend time with your family. 

It’s too much time spent hunched over a laptop. 

As entrepreneurs, many of us are happiest when we are in motion. When we are working on something. The process makes us feel fulfilled. 

Even if we are working on the WRONG funnel for our biz.Even if we are doing tasks that could be outsource for $5 or $10 bucks an hour. 

It’s a big thing I see with my clients. 

Overwhelm. Working on the wrong stuff. Working in your biz, not on your biz. 

But we still need to get stuff done. 

But editing a podcast takes a LOT of time. 

So I decided to document my ‘how to’ steps & outsource it all to my VA. 

So this morning, I recorded & published one podcast from start to finish.

As I was doing this, I wrote a podcast ‘how to’ doc, and have outsourced the following to my VA:

Check for new episodes on google drive dailyTake out ‘umms’ and ‘ahhs’ from the recordingRemoving any mistakes/retakes in the recordingChopping off any extra audio at the start & endAdding a intro, midroll & exit CTAUploading the final MP3 to google driveCreate a new 30 second video clip (the cool ones with the animated audio wave form) to go with the podcastUpload to G driveEmail me once a day with the list of episodes ready to be published.

Saves me a ton of time as I’ve lots of new podcasts to record. Plus now I FEEL a lot more productive knowing it’s all set up!

Delegation is a total lifesaver.
