In this episode I discuss tracking, and understanding Key Performance Indicators, also Known as KPI’s with Josh Bacon

Josh is a master of tracking and understanding data, trends, and reading between the lines to figure out what works and what doesn't.

We will be discussing why KPIs are important, what you should be tracking, and if you aren't tracking anything how you can get started.

While Josh's main focus is single family real estate, his understanding of tracking his KPI's translates to any real estate business.

Favorite Takeaway From The Episode: "Most people don't want to track their KPI's , because this exposes the TRUTH about their business"
