Digital world, less notifications, allotted times instead of time drains of all day use, systems and structure = less distractions

Emotional clutter, breathe easier, pay attention to what is truly important.

Materialistic needs and wants, less to clean, clear and calculate (budget); quality over quantity. 

Nutritional Choices, more energy, more conversation at meals or saying that you want to make some changes. These efforts honor yourself and others, feeling more whole and abundant.
