Greetings, Summit Leaders.

When you are encouraged, strengthen those you serve.

Desire and seek the best for others: colleagues, clients, family, community, and nations.

Why do this?

Yesterday, a senior sales executive encouraged me with this statement. "Do the right thing, and the right things will happen. We have been here before; stay together. First, and most importantly, we will look out for each other."

Someone wisely stated a principle that came to my mind as he spoke.
"Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full -- pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back."

Encouragers are vital to the growth of any enterprise and family. Behind every great accomplishment, some are encouraged and empower others to be the same. Encouragement is atomic and eternal.

In his book, Atomic Habits, James Clear speaks of repeatedly doing the little things until they become habits that transform us.
"An atomic habit refers to a tiny change, a marginal gain, a 1 percent improvement."... — a regular practice or routine that is not only small and easy to do but also the source of incredible power; a component of the system of compound growth."

Yesterday, during a conversation with a Summit Leader, we discussed daily disciplines that are atomic and eternal. The benefits start now and keep going and going.

"Remember… start each day with a task completed. Find someone to help you through life. Respect everyone. Know that life is not fair and that you will fail often. But if you take some risks, step up when times are toughest, face down the bullies, lift up the downtrodden, and never, ever give up—if you do these things, then you can change your life for the better… and maybe the world!" William McRaven's book Make Your Bed: Little Things That Can Change Your Life...And Maybe the World

Encouragers create a legacy that reproduces and impacts others throughout all generations.

You are where you are to be an encourager for such a time as this.
An encourager brings hope, confidence, and assurance to others that they can make it.

"A leader is a dealer in hope." Napoleon Bonaparte

"Hope is the most powerful force in the universe. With hope, you can inspire nations to greatness. With hope, you can raise up the downtrodden. With hope, you can ease the pain of unbearable loss. Sometimes all it takes is one person to make a difference."
William McRaven's book Make Your Bed: Little Things That Can Change Your Life...And Maybe the World

One thing we learn as leaders is this; everybody needs hope and encouragement.
You endure hardships. After all, we know that our perseverance will impact many because we look beyond what they can see now to the more extraordinary things that are still to come. "Take courage it is I. Do not be afraid." are encouraging words. Our words matter.

In the process, we grow, and our capacity to lead fulfilling and fruitful lives expands exponentially. It is atomic and eternal!

I invite you to encourage someone daily!

Victory!
