Greetings! Leaders.

Great leaders take the time to recall past victories in their lives and career journey.

Through reflecting they gain deeper insight into what is occurring in their lives and careers.

These insights help us to connect the dots of our life journey.

We begin to discern sound perspectives and discoveries about ourselves.

When we consistently practice the principle of recalling and reflecting, we will remember "turning points" that change us.

You will discern " a process" that is transforming you as a person and leader.

Our enemy wants to keep us too busy, preoccupied, fretting and anxious to take time vital to this discovery.

Sometimes our schedules are crowded with many good things.

However, I see that after over three decades of practicing this principle I realize that the good things can prevent us from experiencing the best for our lives along with the fulfillment and satisfaction of a life well invested.

"An unexamined life is not worth living." Socrates

Every day, I schedule time to recall, reflect, remember and resolve to keep growing forward.

Alone, in quiet time, in a hotel room before my business day or my special place at my kitchen table, overlooking prospering Leyland Cypress trees as the sun rises or the very early mornings, while it is sometimes still dark outside, are some of the most enlightening and refreshing times of my life and career.

Through the process, my resolve gains new strength.
