Greetings, Summit Leaders.

Each of us will face crossroads on our journey in life and career. Last week we talked about having a process for choosing the right way by asking ourselves four key questions while taking the time to wait, reflecting on past victories in similar situations until we sense something within our heart saying "this is the way walk in it."

The key questions are:

1. Does this pathway align with my purpose in life and career?

2. Is this choice I am making support my vision of myself as a leader?

3. Will the path challenge me to exercise my faith?

4. Will this road help me grow?
