Greetings, Summit Leaders.

Be encouraged, my friends. Your commitment to transformation positions you for greatness as a leader. Your capacity to make an impact is enlarging.

I am encouraged by Summit Leaders who commit. Several groups signed a contract with themselves to pursue this goal.

Leaders are stewards of transformation. They strengthen, encourage, and comfort with hope those they influence and lead.

They are willing to endure the hardship of testing because they see the rewards awaiting them in the end. They have more to offer those they lead.

Great leaders do not despise the day of small beginnings.

They desire to help others. It can be one person or a family, client, team, or enterprise.

These leaders attract people to their team and company. They are authentic.


Here are four observations in the life of a leader transformed from within.

One: They are Servant-leaders who cast a short and long term vision, including human values.

Two: They are coaches who engage, motivate, inspire, and teach principles for victory.
"Peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to become the best of which you are capable." John Wooden, UCLA Basketball Coach

Three: They empower others by helping them awaken to a higher purpose through listening, communicating, aligning personal vision, and attributes with those of the team and enterprise.

"It is better to lead from behind and to put others in front, especially when you celebrate victory when nice things occur. You take the front line when there is danger. Then people will appreciate your leadership."

Four: They are warriors against any thinking that distracts, neutralizes, or weakens resolve to obtain the envisioned victory.

A leader transformed is an ultimate role model. They are transparent, empathetic, challenging, and encouraging by their consistent responses to life and challenging others to reach Excellence.

One Summit Leader shares one of their favorite quotes during a cohort discussion on leader development and growth.

The summit leadership level is a blend of extreme personal humility with an intense personal will and fierce resolve to do whatever is needed to make a company great. In the book Good to Great, Jim Collins calls them "Level 5" leaders.

A leader transformed perspective is one of belief in leading and engaging others. They intentionally think about how they can motivate and inspire others. They believe the best for those they lead.

Their thinking is dominated by whatever things are trustworthy, noble, right, lovely, pure, admirable, excellent, or praiseworthy. 

They continually think on this level and empower others to do the same.

The rewards and benefits multiply to your account as a leader. The result is release and liberty from the old and the joy of experiencing the new you.

Let's make it our goal and vision to no longer conform to old patterns of thinking and leading, but transformed by renewing our minds for the leadership required in the 21st Century.
