Greetings, Summit Leaders.

"The height of your success is determined by the depth of your belief."

Zig Ziglar

We see the impact of leaders who believe in their mission, purpose, vision, and actions. They are motivating, inspiring, and live and lead by their faith, character, and conviction.

Belief is an empowering emotion that keeps us excited, enthusiastic and moving forward in confidence toward our purpose, vision, and goals.

Someone once said, "All things are possible to the one who believes."

Leaders fortify their beliefs by practicing doing one thing during their journey in life and career.

Think about one thing you believe about your vision and purpose.

Do your actions show that you think it's possible? Our belief drives our willingness to go, do and become.

Great leaders recall to memory their progress to date. Take time to go back in your mind to when you first believed, and the victories won. Reflection is an excellent way of fortifying your belief in your future.

Neuroscience describes it as creating new neural pathways in our brain. Repetitively thinking about our journey and recalling key milestones, experiences, and affirming outcomes boost our faith, confidence, and desire to achieve more significant accomplishments.

Consider taking steps right now to strengthen your belief?

Do you have a written vision and purpose for your life and career?

If you do, take time to pull it out of the desk drawer or notebook and read it aloud. Keep it visible. Does it still stir you with the excitement of seeing your vision not only on paper but envisioning it in your mind? Most importantly, can you see growth within yourself as you reflect? Keep a journal of your progress.

Is your vision focused on serving or getting?

Great leaders seek to serve and impact as many lives as possible to accomplish their vision, purpose, and goals.

Do I have a like-minded person to share my vision, my success so far, and planned next steps

Having someone who believes and has a similar desire to live and lead with purpose and vision is a confidence booster.

Become an encourager of at least one person's vision and purpose.

Outstanding leaders seek to encourage others on their journey. They make this a habit. I know of several Summit Leaders who intentionally come together to motivate, inspire and lift each other. Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.

Finally, practicing gratitude together as you recall past victories builds your faith.

Believing is the first step in "It's possible!"

Keep on believing!

Victory!
