Episode 184: "Leadership - The Impact of Perseverance!"

Greetings, Summit Leaders.

Rejoice! This day is a new day for us. "One we have never seen before and will never see again." How can we make the most of this day and impact others as we go?

Many people we meet have visions and goals for themselves and need encouragement now and then during the rough times and those seasons of life and career when challenges beset us. The greatest asset a leader can possess is one of perseverance; not giving up or giving in nor turning back!  

Perseverance is the faith, action, desire, determination, persistence, and belief that you will gain victory day by day and overcome challenges on your life and career journey.

"I'm convinced that about half of what separates the successful entrepreneurs from the non-successful ones is pure perseverance...Unless you have a lot of passion about this, you're not going to survive. You're going to give it up."  Steve Jobs

The experience, insight, wisdom, and grace they experience make them impactful as leaders. Endurance provides the opportunity to share and help others at just the right time.

When we do, we ignite a process in the lives of all we encounter on our journey. I call it the great adventure. As we pursue more outstanding works, we find opportunities to help others along the way. Our influence and impact of our lives grow as we remain faithful in doing what’s right.

Small acts of kindness kindle a sense of purpose and fulfillment in living and working.

Our level of perseverance affects the impact of our testimony. Our stories often lift people. Persistence enables us to write our stories and positions us to help others we meet on our life and career journeys.

Who will I encourage to finish and not quit or give up today?

How can I make an impact? Lead by intentionally making your goal to take many with you toward the "greater works" together.

Someone once said, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
