Greetings, Summit Leaders.

It is possible to develop entrepreneurial qualities within ourselves. Great leaders are also great learners. Developing an entrepreneurial mindset is possible through exercising the attributes we observe in entrepreneurs.

Walt Disney is an example of an entrepreneurial mindset. He had a vision, faith to take a risk that he could complete the work set before him, and perseverance to continue moving forward toward his vision even during challenging times. His journey is an example of a vision's power, faith, courage, persistence, passion, and curiosity.

Mr. Disney's faith sustained him during setbacks on his journey.
Following setbacks with his first company, he persevered and came up with the idea of creating a new character named Mickey Mouse and ultimately forming Disney. Mickey Mouse, inspired by a guest rodent in his home, became a worldwide icon.

"People often ask me if I know the secret of success and if I could tell others how to make their dreams come true. "The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing." "All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them." - Walt Disney

Great leaders perceive change as an opportunity and prepare themselves to gain the most from experience. Learning agility is being a life long learner, reflecting on your experiences while developing the ability to know what to do when you don't know what to do.

"First, think. Second, believe. Third, dream. And finally, dare." - Walt Disney

Entrepreneurs see life as an adventure and discover solutions to challenges they encounter on their journey.

"We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious, and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths." - Walt Disney

Behold, I am doing something new. Now it springs forth. Do you not perceive it? Seek to be part of something new. You can grow in it, and you can support it with your skills, talents, gifts, and unique abilities.

Listen for need and envision the future. Entrepreneurs believe there are solutions to each challenge they face.

Drawing on others' experiences, insights and combining them with their perspectives and ideas create the innovation needed to solve the most complex problems.

The calling to entrepreneurial thinking is one from ancient times. It takes courage, faith, conviction, agility, belief, and persistence.

Faith makes us sure of what we hope for and gives us proof of what we cannot see.

"When you believe in a thing, believe in it all the way, implicitly and unquestionable." - Walt Disney

You are ready to serve. Think big. Be Bold. Be Brave. Expand your vision. Extend your reach. Exercise your faith.

"If you can dream it, you can do it. Always remember that this whole thing was started by a mouse." - Walt Disney.

Imagine what you can start. Say to yourself, "It all starts in me!"

Victory!
