She notes the shocking changes from industries in America such as NASCAR's banning of confederate flags. 

Mike Cotter, U.S. Ambassador (retired) and diplomat discusses the history of racial inequity and disparity world wide. He deepens this analysis of the current social justice movement that coincides with this global pandemic highlighting the many motivations and deepest hopes for change.
