Three years ago, Karry was running her “hobby” pole dance business with two locations that she was really passionate about.

On the surface everything looked great and she was achieving tremendous success. But she knew she couldn’t continue the way things were operating without sacrificing more time and energy away from her family and personal health. She felt like her business “was draining away her energy and joy.”

That’s when she reached out and started working with NPE. The first thing she learned was the critical importance of getting crystal clear on ALL the numbers in her business. Soon after Karry got her numbers right, she spent time evolving her vision for the business (and her life), and then developed a strategic plan for success. Today, she's now grown to six locations with plans to expand internationally in the UK and USA in 2020.
