Gethin Jones says he was a very sensitive child and felt lost from a young age. He says he was unable to deal with his emotions and started to express himself through negative behaviour. He was described as being beyond parental control and taken away from his family and placed in the care system. This experience catapulted his life into a pattern of self-destruction which led to a 20 year relationship with the Criminal Justice System, including spending 8 years of his life in prison and a dependency on drugs. Following his last prison sentence he went through a process of complete transformation, in both his personal and professional life. Today, he has an unshakeable belief in himself and found a way to unlock his own potential. He uses this formula to create high performing individuals and teams within Prisons, Charities and Local Authorities.
