Michael Townsend Williams is an international coach, speaker, entrepreneur and author of Do Breathe: Calm your mind. Find focus. Get stuff done, which has sold over 25000 copies worldwide. 

He also co-created BreatheSync, the world’s first bio-feedback breathing app for iPhone, which has been downloaded in over 100 countries and he's recently co-founded the 'welldoing' company Do Breathe.
Michael is also an advisor to the children's education charity Inside Out.
