Intellectual knowledge is great, but it can only take us so far... In other words, if we try using logic to THINK ourselves out of overthinking or overwhelm, it usually doesn't work. We've gotta learn to just drop the thoughts, not attach to them, and then FEEL into the state we would love to experience. Easier said than done, hence why we chose this topic to speak on :)

One other example that we didn't get into is that KNOWING the divine, connecting with Spirit, is usually not an intellectual thing - sure ideas can help spark the connection, but that connection is always felt. Just like in any good relationship - you love someone because of a feeling. No matter what attributes or characteristics you list for WHY you love them, it never touches the real reason why.
