There are certain questions we have asked as a species collectively, usually the age old question is why. Why are we here? But have we asked ourselves what our call as a species is? This is a question that seems to be hard for most people and goes beyond cognitive thinking instead diving into the lived level as opposed to on an abstract level. Simplicity is powerful. In today's episode we have the very special honor of having Dr. Neal Klein, an associate professor of psychology, on with us today to dive into this question and normalizing mystical moments as part of the human experience!

Listen along so you can learn:

How to turn off the cognitive mind
How to engage the intuitive mind
What are poignant moments
How to become a modern day mystic
And so much more!

This episode was packed with so much power and simply put, awe. Dr. Neal Klein has a truly powerful way of breaking down consciousness in such a beautiful and simple way of coming home to ourselves. It is so important for us to quiet ourselves and see what it is that comes to us as a result of that. This is an essential part of the human experience.
