Susan Kuczmarski is a leadership expert with over three decades of experience in this field. After working for the United Nations, she and her husband, Thomas Kuczmarski, co-founded Kuczmarski & Associates, an innovation consulting firm. She is the author of four award-winning books on leadership and parenting. She teaches leadership at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She has appeared on numerous radio and television programs including The Today Show. She has been featured on several prominent lists for her accomplishments, including 500 Leaders of World Influence, Outstanding People of the 21st Century, 2000 Outstanding Writers of the 20th Century, the International Who's Who of Professional and Business Women, and has been listed in Who's Who in the World for twelve years.
