You've got to get comfortable with being uncomfortable”. Elite sportsman and Coach Matthew Robinson joins me to talk all things CATCH - whether that’s going after and catching opportunities, helping young people to catch new habits or catching on to what works for us. We explore how Matthew’s faith has been a source of strength, the importance of role models (including his 70yo father), knowing when to rest, and more.
