There is no denying that the NCAA is a huge money making machine. With College Football and March Madness Broadcasts making the Association billions of dollars every year, there is a huge opportunity for corruption and deceit to sneak in. Luckily, there is a Commission out there whose sole purpose is "to promote reforms that support and strengthen the educational mission of college sports."
The Knight Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics (Knight Commission) was formed in the late 1980s with an organization of influential leaders in higher education and the world of sports to seek major reform of college sports and return athletics to the control and mission of institutions.
