Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale

Hey Scaredy Cats. When I was a kid, it became a tradition for my younger brothers and I to have a bit of a slumber party on Christmas Eve. We would all sleep in the same room. One of us would have the bed and the other two would sleep on the floor. We’d stay up late and inevitably, one of our parents would have to come in and tell us to go to sleep. Sounds cute, right? Well, there was a bit more of a sinister slant to it. My one brother was TERRIFIED of Christmas Eve and jolly old Saint Nick entering the house. So, solution? Safety in numbers. We used to tease him, but after seeing the movie we’re about to talk about, he may have been on to something. If you’re a horror fan, you know that Santa isn’t always a benevolent bestower of gifts. Sometimes, Santa is just plain evil. It’s time to travel far north to Lapland and meet a young boy as he battles elves, thwarts Santa and becomes a legit Finnish action hero as we chat about Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale.
