A group of six boardgamers dive into the D&D campaign “Hoard of the Dragon Queen”
Characters include Petrilus (Barbarian), Sparker (Warlock), Quazzy (Wizard), Flora (Sorcerer), and Jaquen (Fighter).
Highlights include:
1. We awake after a mid-day rest to see canoes coming towards us! We hide in Quazzy’s hut but the hut disappears at the worst possible time…The only appropriate response is a surprise fireball.
2. Petrilus does something that seems way worse than what Flora did; our friends are questioning our journey which ends in Jaquen begging Leeda to stay. It. Is. Awkward.
3. We get ambushed by bullywugs!
4. Quazzy enlarges Petrilus and causes their canoe to sink!
5. Our group is getting knocked down left and right by all the bullywugs and we barely survive the battle.
