While COVID-19 restrictions are lifted across Australia except Victoria, Melbourne has slid back to stage 3 restrictions. Businesses such as restaurants and cafes have given up all hope of returning to normal. Mr Tomoya Kawasaki who runs 3 restaurants in Melbourne talked about his future given the current situation.
