Annual Japan Festival at Tumbalong Park, Darling Harbour is the biggest Japanese festival in Sydney. Smoke haze was expected to affect the festival this year. Ms Kazuko Chalker, the head of the organiser, told us how the festival was going on the day, 7 Dec 2019.
