Coffee beans are delivered either in a box or a bag weighing 15kg. Physical strength is often required to handle them. Those box and bags are designed to keep coffee beans fresh as much as possible.
-コーヒー豆は袋や箱に入れられて焙煎所へ運ばれてきますが、ここにも鮮度を保つための工夫が垣間見れます。一袋30キロの重さです。箱入りの場合だと15キロが二つ入っていてやはり30キロになり、肉体労働をしなければならない部分もあります。
