Norman Gagne and Dr. Anthony Fleg discuss the importance of exercise on the body and brain, and how even a walk around the neighborhood can have lasting effects on our overall mental, emotional and physical health. Study after study proves that regular movement and physical activity prolong life and decrease dis-ease in the body.
