Your objective on every prospecting call is to meet with the prospect, however time, availability or the gatekeeper don't always allow for that to happen.  So rather than it being a wasted trip, take a few minutes to write a hand written, personal note outlining the reason for your visit and asking to schedule a future appointment.  It won't always work, but over time it will make an impact.  I'm so thankful for all of my amazing subscribers and I encourage all listeners to leave a review.
