It’s hard to imagine there’s anything that extreme endurance athlete Lisa Tamati would struggle with.
She’s made a career out of running ludicrous distances, completing over 140 ultra-marathons, from Death Valley through to Himalayan alps.
But then her mother suffered a huge aneurysm and stroke and was left with massive brain damage. Lisa turned all her fighting strength to helping her Mum, with miraculous results.
She’s written a book about the journey, "Relentless", and she's been sharing her journey with Jack Tame.
