Episode 24: Lisa Fey on Female Executive Leadership

This episode we welcome back Lisa Fey to the show. Lisa is an accomplished sales executive and trainer who spent 30 years at The Coca-Cola Company and has since transitioned into working for herself at Lisa Fey Speaks. Lisa's book, IMPROVe YOUR Communication: 52 Tips for Accelerating Your Performance, Positioning, and Perception is available on her website and provides insight on how the art of communication is improved through being positive and showing respect while at the same time using humor and having fun.

In this episode we explore the situations and challenges of female executive leadership in many organizations and how it has evolved over time. Lisa speaks about her own journey at The Coca-Cola Company and the amazing work she did establishing Women's Linc a business resource group that has done some tremendous work to strengthen the voice of female leaders within the organization.
