Today I discuss in detail how Tammy first discovered her illness, how she advocated for her best health and how she managed her health through body, mind and spirit alignment.  I loved this interview because it wasn't about faking positivity for her, it was about doing all she needed to do to maintain a healthy mindset.  She also doesn't believe in giving power to something undesirable.
