As a trained nutritionist, I often get asked advice on vegan diets. Many people find that the pre-packed food in the supermarket is very high in fats and sugar, but they often don't know how to cook a vegan from scratch as they feel it might be a lot of work.
I have decided to come up with some nutritious, home-cooked vegan meals that are easy to cook.
This week my recipe is for a delicious vegan wellington which would be ideal for a Sunday lunch or other special meal. Serve with vegetables of your choice, roast potatoes, and vegan gravy.
