This delicious gratin is really tasty and makes a comforting food on a wet, cold day.
Swiss Chard is a green leafy vegetable and is packed with blood-pressure regulating nutrients including Vitamins A, K & C, plus Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Iron, and riboflavin. You will find it in season from June to August and from October to April.
The recipe will take 30 minutes to prepare and approx, 25-30 minutes to cook. It makes 4 portions. You will need a blender or food processor.
