Today's recipe is an easy-to-make vegan salad bowl, with homemade spinach falafels and hummus served with pitta bread, salad and lemon juice.
This makes four portions so you can share with friends or store them in the fridge,
The recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare and approx. 20-25 minutes to cook in a conventional oven, it will take less if you use an air fryer but you will need to half the time. The nutritional values are per serving and are:
