Previous Episode: Vegan Nut Roast

This is a quick and easy-to-make vegan chili con Carne using Quorn mince.  I'm using a ready-made sauce from Aldi and adding fresh ingredients. The recipe is low calorie and if served with boiled rice is less than 500 calories per portion It is also low in fat. The recipe makes six portions and can be frozen,
