It boils down to that the company is committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion. That really is implemented across the company. We’re in a highly competitive industry and we have to continue to innovate. It’s crucial for our success, and we can’t do that if we don’t have a wide variety of differing ideas being shared. I think that’s why it’s really important for us to continue to innovate.
