The reality is that every buyer has a different medium that they’re comfortable with. Omnichannel prospecting says that you are touching them at every single one of the possible channels that they would engage with you on, whether that’s phone, email, text, social, video as well. Omnichannel refers to using any one of the channels in order to be able to get our prospects to do what we would like them to do, and that is, number one, get on the phone and have a conversation, and number two, understand if there’s a business problem or pain that we can solve.”
